Sue and her team were so amazing they were on top of every situation that got thrown are way even when it seemed impossible to get threw. Sue was always there for us with any questions or concerns we had and if she didn’t know something she would figure it out very quickly I would definitely use her team again . We originally wanted to cash sell are house but sue explained the pros and cons of doing cash sales in complete detail that helped us decide to list are house and received more money in the long run!

I wouldn’t use any other realtor. They make the process understandable and easy. Plus they are wonderful people; kind, loving, sweet, and fun.

When my friends decided to have their mother move in with them, they quickly realized that their house wasn’t set up to accommodate her. Unfortunately, the roof was in need of replacing and every quote they got was unaffordable. Further, they had started raising dogs and found themselves “at-odds” with the neighbors and city code enforcement. Sue & Chuck were able to help my friends by offering them a fair price, and closing on my friends’ timeline. They didn’t have to do any repairs or cleaning. Shortly after, they closed on a new home with space for Mom and the dogs.
